Eric Christ

Eric is a seasoned executive search professional and human resources consultant with more than 20 years of experience in non and for-profit industries, including Higher Education, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Engineering & Consulting, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Financial Services. Currently, Eric serves as the Director of Research/Senior Consultant for the firm, leading the internal research team, candidate development, client engagement, and communications.  Eric’s executive search experience includes research and recruitment from the C-level executive to the most specialized technical level, to meet clients’ broad requirements. Most recently, Eric served as a Senior Consultant for a Midwest-based retained executive search firm leading recruitment and research efforts. Eric managed a number of outsourced recruitment and research project management engagements in the healthcare/life sciences, energy and financial services sectors.  Eric started his executive search career as a Senior Associate with StratfordGroup, at the time, the 13th largest U.S. executive search firm. During his tenure with StratfordGroup, Eric was responsible for execution on recruiting and research activity involving name generation, name qualification, competitive intelligence, and industry studies.   Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree from Ashland University and resides in Dublin, OH with his wife and two children.
