Ewa is Senior Partner and co-owner. She has worked broadly with executive search since 2001, but has a particular focus on assignments within public sector, healthcare, science-related organisations, foundations and media. Ewa has prior experience of the educational sector and production for television. Ewa has a Bachelor’s degree in cultural studies from Stockholm University, as well as a Graduate Diploma Degree from Griffith University, Australia. Ewa is a certified interpreter of Hogan Assessment Systems, HDS, SHLs OPQ, and Matrigma. Ewa currently serves as member of the European Council of AESC.
