Fabiana is an Expert Consultant Partner in the Commercial Banking, Insurance, Means of Payment, Finance and FIDCs sectors of the FESA Group. Represents the brands FESA Executive Search, FESA ASAP and FESA Advisory. Through the Group's association with IIC Partners, she conducts projects in more than 60 business centers worldwide.
She started her career in executive search in 2008, in consultancies participating and conducting projects for companies of various segments, national and multinational. She worked at Itaú Unibanco and focused on the selection of professionals for the Financial Market.
Fabiana is graduated in Psychology from Universidade PresbiterianaMackenzie and has a postgraduation in Strategic People Management Models at FIA (Fundação Instituto de Administração).
