Francesco is a Partner of Key2people in charge of the Retail & Consumer Goods Practice and Managing Director of Intermedia Selection. He also participates in the supervision and development of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice. Throughout his career, Francesco has developed strong business skills at multinational companies. He moved into consulting and managed complex clients, entrepreneurial companies and Private Equity funds. After working for Shell in Italy and France, he entered the FMCG sector in Gillette where he occupied the role of Sales & Marketing Controller of Oral B and Oral Care divisions. In 2001, he moved into consultancy at a multinational Head Hunting company in the role of Manager and in 2004 he joined the Key2people Group to lead Intermedia Selection as Managing Director, of which he became CEO in 2015. That same year he was appointed Partner of Key2people. Francesco is a director of the Gruppo Servizi Innovativi di Assolombarda. He has a degree in Economics and is fluent in English and French."
