He has considerable experience in international recruitment and has developed a good understanding of different cultures and different types of organizations. He has worked with the recruitment and selection of senior executives in the private and public sector since 1991. He provides advice on potential acquisitions, merger processes, assessment of executive groups and board member recruitment. Frode has acquired solid expertise and an extensive network in various sectors. He has personal experience of successfully establishing and building a company. Frode has a national client portfolio and works with assignments nationwide. In addition, he has a long international track-record in recruitment and selection. His standout characteristics are his considerable energy, infectious good humour and great dedication to his job. In private, Frode is an outdoorsman who spends time by the sea, skiing down steep mountains and – when the opportunity arises – hunting.
