Guilherme Bittar

Guilherme is a Consultant Partner specialized in the area of Consumer Goods of the São Paulo team at FESA Group. He represents the FESA Executive Search and FESA Asap brands. Through the association of the FESA Group with IIC Partners, he conduces projects in more than 60 business centers worldwide. He began his career focused on Executive Search, still as an intern and researcher, he developed projects for recruiting, selecting and mapping executives in positions of entry to C-Level. He was successively accumulating functions in the group when he took the position of specialist in end-to-end process management for entry and middle management levels by FESA ASAP, focused on the sectors of food, beverages, home and personal care, retail, services and health science. Guilherme holds a degree in Social Communication and Marketing from ESPM with an extension in Employer Branding and Candidate Experience by IBMEC. Speaks English fluently.
