Ilona graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a specialization in international business and human resources. Right after her studies, she started to build Teamconsult since 1993 as partner and co-owner with Oliver. She is responsible for executive search in field of law, taxation and top management. Ilona also is in charge of the diagnostic tools used for evaluating candidates. She is fluent in German, English and Czech.
