Jean-Philippe (JP) Daoust

JP Daoust is a Partner at IIC member firm GlassRatner. He leads GlassRatner’s Canadian PE and Industrials Executive Search practices and advises companies on identifying, assessing, hiring, and developing executive leaders, with a special focus on PE-backed and other fast-moving manufacturing, transportation, infrastructure, energy, and natural resources sectors. JP works with organizations looking to attract highly transformative leaders to take on critical mandates across general management, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, technology, transformation, and growth. With more than 25 years of experience across executive search, leadership advisory, operations and technology transformation, commercial leadership, and complex regulated and industrial environments, he brings a practical, business-led perspective to clients’ leadership challenges. Before joining GlassRatner, JP was an Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he specialized in recruiting, assessing, and developing transformative corporate, operations, supply chain, and technology executives across regulated and high-tech industries, including life sciences, food and beverage, cosmetics, technology, and discrete manufacturing. Earlier in his career, he held senior strategy and transformation consulting roles at Deloitte and PwC, and spent more than a decade at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in commercial, global account leadership, outsourcing, transformation, and growth strategy roles across North America and Europe. JP holds civil and common law degrees from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Business Law and Economics from the University of Amsterdam. He is fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
