She is adept at cultivating search strategies and establishing and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
As someone who is passionate about building relationships between clients and candidates, Jessica has worked closely with clients to develop appropriate expectations and engages candidates who exceed those expectations. She prides herself on delivering true value to her customers.
An accomplished public speaker, Jessica has presented at industry meetings and conferences on topics that include succession planning, alignment strategy, the use of technology in recruiting, and helping to bridge generational gaps among medical staff. Her personal interest in how the future direction of healthcare is creating a greater demand for a new type of leadership drives her desire to continuously seek out the best in organizations.
Jessica joined Furst Group in 2011 after a distinguished career at Cejka Search, earning that firm’s Leadership Award in 2010. She has a B.S. degree in business management and is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Her work in executive search encompasses medical groups, hospitals, and payers with positions ranging from Chief Medical Officers and Chief Nursing Officers to Sales and Marketing, Executive Service Line Leaders, and Chief Operating Officers.
