Jill Markowitz

In 2020, Jill Markowitz joined Furst Group, where she provides in-depth sourcing research strategies in collaboration with our consultants to find and recruit C-level talent for healthcare organizations across the country. Jill also leads the Research team, which is responsible for market research and search performance metrics. She brings nearly 20 years of non-profit healthcare experience, most recently serving as the Director of Research and Sourcing for a boutique retained executive search firm dedicated to life sciences recruitment in Philadelphia. Before moving into a research role, Jill gained valuable experience in the donor relations department of a large non-profit health system in the Philadelphia suburbs. There, she interacted directly with senior leadership and administration as she planned special events for sophisticated audiences.   Jill brings to the Director of Research role at Furst Group a deep understanding of healthcare leadership, a depth of experience with a variety of ATS and CRM databases, direct senior-level client interaction, and a passion for creating and organizing strategic solutions to search process challenges.  Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Pennsylvania State University.
