Jouko Pitkänen is a Senior Partner in JFP Executive Search, he provides a full range of services from management, executive and board search to talent assessment and career advisory for listed, private and public organizations. Before joining to JFP team, he worked many years as a Managing Director for an international executive search company. His industry expertise stretches from the Retail, FMCG and Consumer services, widely to the B-to-B and industrial sector. He has top notch knowledge and understanding of disruptive industries.
Prior to joining executive search and consulting industry, Jouko has over 15 years of experience from an internationally listed retail company on C-suite level. He has worked successfully with Strategic Transformations, Digitalization, Change Management, Organizational design, Turnarounds and Efficiency improvements programs particularly with a focus on strategy development and execution in challenging business environment. His large responsibility area consisted of several countries. Beside his corporate career, he is an experienced board member and member of HENRY – Finnish association for Human Resource Management.
Beside work in JFP he is preparing his Doctoral thesis concerning Business model transformations. Dynamic organizational capabilities as an essential enabler for transformation is an important part of his research project – It is all about people.
