Juan Izquierdo

Consultant in Executive Search since 1993. His activities are oriented to the search of Board Members, CEO's, C Level Executives, and strategic professionals both of international and local companies. He also leads and conducts Management Assesment programs, and participates in Organizational Design and Corporate Governance conuslting. Within his extensive experience, both as a senior executive and Executive Search Consultant, he has advised in the succesfull arrival in Chile of multinational organizations, hiring their first executives in Chile, striving to hire those executives which will make them have sucess in their Chilean endeavours. He has also advised in the strengthening of the management teams of numerous local and international companies. Previously worked as C.E.O. of Taller Uno S.A., C.F.O. of Hush Puppies Chile Ltda. and Chief of Studies at J.P. Morgan Bank Chile. Graudated as an Economist from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, with minor in Finance. He also attended Post Graduate studies in Project Evaluation at Harvard University (U.S.A.) and Advanced Finances at J.P. Morgan Bank (New York), Advanced Management Program (PADE) at the Business School of Universidad de los Andes and different courses in Organizational Management and Human Resources.
