Karim Warrak

Karim is Vice President & Partner of FESA Group in Rio de Janeiro. He represents FESA Executive Search, FESA ASAP and FESA Advisory brands. Through the Group's association with IIC Partners, he conducts projects in over 60 business centers worldwide.
 
He has over 7 years of experience in big companies focused on fuel distribution, and distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas and Fuel Distribution segments. Karim started his career in Executive Search in 2010 and since then he has been working in many recruitment projects for middle and upper management positions, mainly in the Industry and Infrastructure segments.
 
Karim is currently a Partner of FESA Group responsible for the Industry and Infrastructure segments in the states of Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo and the entire Northeastern region of the country.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and MBA in Business Management from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC).
