Lenka graduated from the Comenius University in 2000, with specialization in Management of Organization and Human Resources Management. Beside the studies, she participated in organizing of managerial courses. She had shortly worked for a Big 4 company but it turned up not to be her cup of tea. She successfully entered "HR consulting waters" and since that time she hasn’t changed her focus. She specializes in finance, law, sales business, HR and marketing. She is in general for 18 years in HR business, from that more than 10 years with Teamconsult as a senior consultant. She is fluent in English and Slovak.
