Leonardo Massuda

Leonardo Massuda is Vice President & Partner of FESA Group, Executive Search and HumanCapital strategy consultancy, he was responsible for opening the Goiânia office in 2014 and has solid experience in conducting various executive search and selection projects (C- Level) in the Midwest and North regions of the country.   Massuda has more than 5 years of experience in executive search with a strong presence within the Agribusiness, Consumer Goods, Wholesale & Retail markets in family structure companies, national and multinational companies and in private equity fund investee.   Before that, he worked during 7 years at AMCHAM Brasil - American Chamber of Commerce, where he started as a Trainee and was at the head of the Regional Management of Goiânia in recent years, having responsibility for P&L, people and businesses. Massuda led the regional growth project, which had more than 260 affiliated companies with the participation of leading companies in the region in the Agribusiness, Consumer Goods, Retail and Pharmaceutical Industries sectors.   Graduated in Advertising from PUC-GO and an MBA in Business Management from FGV.
