Magne Amundsen

Magne Amundsen has 30 years’ experience in both operational management and consultancy activities. At Visindi, the particular focus of his work is senior executive and board recruitment for major listed, unlisted and family-owned companies and businesses, as well as publicly owned companies. Magne has handled projects in numerous sectors and fields, but has particularly solid experience in the areas of building and construction, technology and industry. Through this work he has become an extremely experienced organizer of processes linked to the recruitment of senior executives and board members, as well as a trusted adviser for selection committees, boards and management groups. He is one of Visindi’s founders and managed the company from its launch in 2004 until 2010. Outside work, Magne is passionately interested in fine dining and trips high into the mountains, with or without skis. Magne trained as a civil engineer at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and pursued supplementary studies in management and economics at the BI Norwegian Business School and Rotterdam School of Management.
