Marcela Mendonça

Marcela began her career in Executive Search at FESA Group in 2007, being responsible for project monitoring and management for large conglomerates. In addition, she participated in human capital management projects by FESA Advisory, such as Corporate Governance Models, Strategic and Organizational Realignment, Strategic Remuneration, Executive Assessment, among others. In 2014, she joined as a consultant for the Industrial and Infrastructure practicemarkets, acting in the management of executive search and selection projects.

Before joining FESA Group, Marcela lived in London for 7 years where she worked as a hotel event manager at the Washington Mayfair Hotel and real state business at Regus. She previouslyworked as an Event Coordinator at the Caesar Park Ipanema Hotel in Rio de Janeiro.

Marcela is a Consultant Partner specialist in Engineering & Construction, Concessions, Real Estate Market and Pulp and Paper segments of FESA Group. She represents FESA Group, FESA ASAP and FESA Advisory brands. Through the Group's association with IIC Partners, she conductsprojects in over 60 business centers worldwide.

She is graduated in Tourism and has a postgraduation degree in Administration (CEAG) fromGetúlio Vargas Foundation. She is fluent in English.
