With 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, 5 of which in strategic consulting, Marco Longo, assists major players in the industry on executive search, succession planning, leadership assessment and development. Across all industries, he supports the country's leading companies on issues of corporate governance and board services. Before joining Key2people, he founded and led as CEO a start-up in the dentistry market, setting up a network of dental clinics, Since 2015 he has been General Manager of the S. Giovanni Calibita Fatebenefratelli Hospital of the Tiber Island and since 2018 General Manager of the Garofalo Group in Rome. In this context, he was Vice President of the Health Section of Unindustria Lazio. Prior to his assignments as Executive Manager, he was Senior Manager of the Healthcare Practice at Bain & Co, where he developed an in-depth knowledge of industry processes on numerous projects of a strategic and organisational nature. Since 2019, he has been founder and advisor for start-ups related to the world of digital innovation, particularly in the field of digital health and virtual reality. He is part of the Faculty of the Master in Organisation and Management of Healthcare Companies and Services at Altems of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and of the Master in Management of the Healthcare, Pharma and Biomed sector for the 24Ore Business School, where he transfers his know-how on Healthcare, Digital Health and Transformation to young future managers.
