Maria is an Associate Partner at Key2people for the Advisory Practice, with a particular focus on Leadership and Culture projects, Change Management, Employee Value Proposition design, evolution of HR processes and work organisation methods. During many years of experience in consultancy, Maria has developed in-depth and varied skills in the field of Human Capital, both through Executive Search activities and in the management of Advisory projects often linked to moments of transformation, for companies that are very different in terms of reference markets, culture and organisational complexity. She also has a strong knowledge of market dynamics, evolutionary trends of Digital & Innovation skills and roles, an area that she has been involved with professionally and personally for several years. Maria started working in the HR field in 2001, in an Information Technology service company, where she was in charge of personnel selection and training. In 2007 she joined Intermedia Selection - a Middle Management company of the Key2people Group - where she took an active role as Practice Leader in the development of the Technology & Digital Practice. In recent years, she has been involved in recruiting, talent scouting, benchmarking & mapping projects for Digital and Tech areas, for international and Italian companies in different markets. Since 2014, together with the head hunting activity, she started to deal with Assessment projects for the evaluation and development of managerial, Digital and IT skills. Since 2018, in Key2people, she has been responsible for Advisory projects in Human Capital and Digital Transformation. Graduated in Modern Literature. Hogan Certified.
