Her key capabilities are Executive Focus Group Coordination, coaching conversations and talent development in organizations.

Since 2017 she leads the Career Transition Business Unit for Wall Chase. She has several publications in graphic and digital media regarding Labor Identity, Outplacement and Talent Development among other topics.
