As a partner of Parangon Partners, she specialises in advising senior management, boards of directors, advisory boards and international and national executive searches. Her career has been developed for more than 30 years in senior management positions in companies in the field of civil engineering (as well as construction, maintenance and conservation), both in large multinational corporations, in medium-sized and family companies and even in her own firm. She has experience in new business development, processes for international expansion, acquisitions, mergers and deep restructuring at the organizational, operational and strategic levels. She is currently a board member of the College of Civil Engineers, as well as member of the advisory board of a start-up.
