Miguel has over 29 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He worked in multinational companies such as Boehringer-Ingelheim, CibaGeigy, Novartis, Sanofi andAstraZeneca as Director of Marketing, Merchandising and Strategic Planning.

For the past 8 years, following a career redirect, he worked as Executive Director of HR andCorporate Communication at AstraZeneca.

During such period, he consolidated all his formation focused on people management, leadingmajor projects in the area of Performance&Talent Management, Culture, Strategic Remuneration, Training and Human and Organizational Development, Quality of Life, among others.

His academic background in Business Administration was complemented by an Executive MBA in People Management from FGV/SP and Enterprise Leadership from MIT Boston, USA. He isfluent in English and Spanish.

He is currently Vice President & Partner of FESA Group in Consumer Goods and Healthcare.
