Miroslava graduated from the City University in Bratislava in General Management. She is experienced commercial professional with 17 years of working experience in international corporations belonging to TOP 10 companies in telecom, IT, production, data center integration and R&D areas in EU or worldwide. Having spent these years in different company cultures brought her a great opportunity to work closely with all departments, observe different styles of management and understand different requirements on people´s competences. Her personal interest led her to finish accredited courses Coaching and Career Advisory. Today she is fully focused on career advisory and HR consulting in Teamconsult Slovakia. Working for wide spectrum of business entities she helps them to identify their exact HR needs, search for and place right candidates in their teams. She is fluent in English and Slovak.
