Oliver came to Czech Republic after his studies of economy at Passau University. He saw an opportunity on the post communist market and founded Teamconsult in 1993. In his early years in Prague, he also worked as regional manager in the banking sector. In 2002 Oliver built up the Slovak daughter company in Bratislava where he is also the Managing Partner. Oliver is responsible for strategic development of the companies and business development. He is also responsible for placement of top management positions and clients from the financial service industry. He is fluent in German, English and Czech.
