Patrik Peter

Patrik is a Partner and Senior Leadership Assessor. Patrik has over 25 years of work experience and has worked for over eight years with Executive Search, Leadership Assessments and organisational development at Michaël Berglund AB but also at K2 Search and Assessio.   He helps clients with Executive Search, Board Recruitment, People Due Diligence and Management Team Development.   He has worked as Communications Director at the Swedish Migration Agency, Public Relations Manager at the Swedish Security Service and Chief of Staff at the Swedish Institute. Patrik Peter has also a background as news and current affairs journalist at Sveriges Radio, SVT and TV4.   He got substantial practice of using several world class assessment tools, including Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI and Hogan Judgement).
