As Founder of Searchlight Partners, a partner-led executive search firm, I advise clients in professional services, financial services, technology, and private equity. My recent mandates include C-suite and senior leadership placements for listed corporations, high-growth startups, and global conglomerates. Previously, I served as Chief People Officer at Praxia Bank, where I led the HR function through a period of rapid growth and digital transformation. At Deloitte Greece, I headed Human Capital Consulting, delivering large-scale HR and reward transformations for major clients. My earlier roles span leadership positions at ICAP, Penna, and Thomas International, with a consistent focus on executive search, talent acquisition, and strategic HR advisory across multiple geographies including the UK, Germany, France, and Greece.
