Since she joined the firm more than 20 years ago, she has tackled numerous projects involving advising, evaluating and searching for directors and senior executives at large multinational corporations and executive training programmes. She has extensive experience of working with boards of directors. She has developed projects to design and implement boards of directors and to train and coach directors from several industries, specialising in technology, industrial, health and services. She has spent her entire career working in senior management organisation and development. She previously worked in various positions in the HR departments of international companies and also worked in several consultancy firms.
