Ratsaka Mahoto

Ratsaka a Consultant supporting the Executive Search Capability at Drayton Glendower. Ratsaka has 19 years experience in the public, non-governmental and private sectors, the majority of which was spent working for global professional services firms. Before joining Drayton Glendower, Ratsaka spent eleven years with Spencer Stuart in various roles, including as Knowledge Manager and Research Associate for the sub-Saharan business based in Johannesburg. She has worked on cross-border assignments at Board and senior Executive levels for a wide range of clients across a variety of industries and geographical locations.
