Renato Bagnolesi

Renato is Managing Partner at FESA Group, responsible for conducting Executive Search projects in the Industrial and Infrastructure practices. Due to FESA’s association with IIC Partners, he also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world.  With more than 19 years of experience in Executive Search, Renato worked initially at Mariaca & Associates – InterSearch Global Partners during 5 years as Senior Consultant. In 2005, he joined Russell Reynolds Associates, where he remained for almost 3 years, and accumulated strong experience recruiting for the Industrial segment and financial positions. From 2007 to November 2015, he served as General Manager and Leader of the Executive Recruitment Division - R4U of Robert Wong Consultoria with responsibilities for conducting recruitment and selection projects for senior executives at C-level, Professional Assessments (Assessment) and Advice Services.In November 2015 he founded the consultancy Black River, where he remained until July 2016, when he joined the FESA Group.  Graduated in Business Administration from FAAP – Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, and studied the International MBA from FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração – USP. Renato has native Portuguese and is fluent in English with an ESL course undertaken in Boston, MA.  Renato is an associate member of IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance and IBEF SP Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives of São Paulo.
