Ricardo Amenedo

I have a degree in Human Resources from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and an Ontological Coaching Diploma from Newfield Consulting. Most of my corporate experience was in two organizations. First Unilever, where for 18 years was Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Talent Development Head for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Secondly, in 1998 I joined La Nacion as HR Director - La Nacion is the second main national newspaper. In 2008 I moved to Dridco and Covedisa - new La Nacion online businesses as Regional HR Director. Being co-founder of Dridco. The Dridco startup created the online sites: zonajobs, zonaprop and demotores. I focused on the attraction and development of talent for Dridco operations in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil among other Latin American countries. During that period both companies were recognized by Great Place to Work in the top ten best companies to work for in Argentina. In 2017 I joined Wall Chase, where I help organizations and individuals reach their goals through team building, performance improvement, professional development, change and work environments enhancement. I am known for working "inside" companies. My interventions, based on individual and group assessments, are enriched by my own corporate experience. I am certain that teams must reach quality communication to improve their performance. I work directly with leaders and their teams facilitating the process.
