Riccardo Scuterini is a Partner at Key2people, and is responsible for the Industrial Practice. He also participates in the monitoring and development of the Advisory Practice. He has 25 years of experience in both industry and strategic consulting, with in-depth knowledge of multiple industrial segments. He has supported manufacturing companies, both large multinationals and medium-sized firms, in strengthening their competitiveness through structural interventions to adapt organisational models and related skills. He supports industrial companies in managing their Human Capital by integrating an Executive Search and Advisory offering, always aligned and consistent with the business priorities of his clients. Before joining Key2people, Riccardo Scuterini worked for 18 years at Bain & Company, contributing to the development of the Industrial Goods & Service Practice and following important projects, both on the strategic side (business model, development of technological roadmaps, M&A operations) and on the operational side (supply chain re-design, lean manufacturing, purchasing optimisation). In addition to the strategic and operational dimension, we have also added an economic-financial dimension through advisory services related to business planning/budgeting, structuring of innovative financing and rationalisation of real estate portfolios, also with a view to debt restructuring. In the last part of his position at Bain, he also developed a significant experience related to the digitalisation of industrial processes and the management of sustainability issues in some industrial segments particularly affected (e.g. energy, steel industry). Before joining Bain & Company, Riccardo Scuterini worked for several years at Bridgestone Corporation as a Key Account Engineer, responsible for the product development of some original equipment product lines supplied to some of the major automotive brands. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management."
