"A top executive with extensive international experience, he has been a Partner of key2people since 2020, where, as part of the Advisory Practice, he has been developing projects involving reorganisation, change management, redesign of HR processes and new ways of working. He is also a Board Member for IIC Partners, one of the largest executive search networks in the world. In recent years, he has worked for the Generali Group as Head of Global HR Operations (more than 40,000 people in 30 countries), as Group Chief HR and Communication Director of Europe Assistance and as HR Director of the global Investments and Asset Management division, Previously, he had held various managerial roles, both business and HR, in companies such as RCS MediaGroup and Roche Pharma, and was Senior Manager at Bain and Co. He was Professor of Organisation at Bocconi University, where he obtained a Ph.D. in Business Administration and where he recently returned as a Fellow Faculty Member in Organisation Design at the School of Business Administration (SDA Bocconi). He has published two books and several articles in newspapers, and in national and international management journals.
