Romain Jeannottat can draw on over 30 years of experience in a number of management positions in management consultancy and public administration. As a long-standing member of the Executive Board, he was responsible for human resources, finance and IT in various federal offices and policy areas. His operational responsibility in the area of human resources encompassed the entire spectrum of services, from personnel recruitment, assessment, remuneration and associated incentive systems, personnel development through to the assessment of personnel requirements and outplacement. He also has proven experience in strategy consulting, the design of forward-looking business models, the establishment of optimised value creation processes, digitalisation and transformation & change management, including the associated further development of the corporate culture. His focus at Level Consulting is on filling demanding management and expert positions, executive coaching as well as strategy and organisational consulting in the public sector and related parastatal economic sectors (such as the energy industry and public transport) as well as other expert organisations in the fields of universities and science, culture, NGOs and church institutions. As a bilingual he covers both German- and French-speaking Switzerland.
