Rubi Flores

Rubí Flores has 12 years of experience in Human Resources, participating in advising and developing Recruitment and Personnel Selection processes at the Executive level with a 100% customer focus.   She graduated with a B.A. in Human Relations from the University of Monterrey. She has worked in the coordination of Human Resources in different areas such: projects, organization of events, preparation, control, and supervision of policies, development, and monitoring of values programs, monitoring in the selection of key positions, as well as in general personnel procedures in HR matters.   She has extensive experience in Human Resources Coordination and Consulting, advising and developing Recruitment and Selection processes at the national level. She joined Hunters of Talent in October 2014 as Senior Client Partner, she is responsible for the team of Consultants to serve clients from various sectors.
