Psychologist specializing in the area of employment and recruitment, developed in Multinational Companies and Consulting firms. Specialized in social networking, headhunting and psychological Tests. She began her professional career in 2000 in consulting and in 2007 she had the opportunity to join Finning CAT in the employment area where she worked for almost 2.5 years. In 2009 and up to 2013 she joined Cubika/Globallogic, a company linked to technology, where at first was responsible for the employment area and then set up the development and training area. In 2013 she decided to return to the consulting world. Initially worked at Globalfinder for 8 years and since October 2021 she started working at Wall Chase as a Consultant, she has experience as responsible for carrying out the full life cycle recruitment process from checking profile requirements, pre screening resumes, networking and interviews to make final selection, salary fitment and offer negotiation for top management positions.
