This expertise has been honed through her extensive consultancy experience in Human Capital. She specializes in Middle & Executive Search and advisory project management for entrepreneurial companies, multinational groups, Italian corporates, and private equity funds, assisting them with restructuring and expansion projects.
Stefania began her professional journey in Human Resources at multinational FMCG companies (L’Oreal, Saiwa, Mondelez), gaining robust expertise in the Beauty and Food categories. Within the Talent Acquisition team at Mondelez Italy, she was responsible for recruitment in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations functions. Here, she refined her ability to identify, attract, develop, and create succession plans for talent, aiming to build high-performing organizations based on high standards of cross-functionality and international job rotation.
In 2014, she transitioned to HR consulting at a multinational firm specializing in Middle Management search, where she served as a consultant for Sales & Marketing functions in B2C and B2B companies. She later joined an Italian firm focused on Middle Management recruitment as the Manager of the Sales & Marketing Division for the FMCG industry, managing and coordinating the delivery and business development team at the national level.
In 2021, Stefania joined Key2people Group as a Senior Consultant in the Consumer Goods and Retail industries. By 2023, she became a Principal, developing and managing local and international projects in recruiting, talent scouting, benchmarking & mapping, and advisory services for major clients in her industry.
She holds a degree in Law and a Master’s in Human Resources from the Ipsoa Business School, with a focus on HR Management Systems, which sparked her passion for strategically leveraging the People factor. She is fluent in English."
