Tassos brings over three decades of senior commercial and general management experience across consumer, automotive, banking and NGOs. A Columbia University-trained chemical engineer with an MBA from Baruch College (top 5% of class), he held senior leadership roles at Diageo, Toyota, Emporiki Bank (Credit Agricole group) and Piraeus Bank before serving as General Manager of ELEPAP, Greece’s oldest rehabilitation NGO, for nearly six years. Most recently, he was Partner at Boyden, covering Greece, Cyprus, and Malta, where he led executive search and leadership consulting assignments across multiple sectors. Tassos joined Searchlight Partners in early 2026, leading our FMCG, retail, automotive and manufacturing practices.
