Thayanie Ujino

Thayanie started her career in Human Resources at ​​American Express, with a focus on organizational development and performance. Worked at Tendência Consultoria with structuringand application of training for the financial market and, subsequently, at Grupo Foco in the Foco RH division with recruitment and selection projects for local and multinational companies.

She joined the FESA Group team in the FESA Executive Search division in 2005, working in the research area for the financial market. In 2008, she took up the practice of consulting for the financial market in the Rio de Janeiro regional, in addition to developing projects in the Mining and Steel, Construction, Energy, Automotive & Logistics sectors for the states of Minas Gerais, Espirito Santo and Goiás. In 2011, she was invited to assume the position of VP & Partner, having dedicated exclusively to the Insurance and Reinsurance, Wholesale Banking and Retailsectors. She took over as Mananging Partner of FESA ASAP in 2013, leading the practice offinancial markets with scope in Brazil. In 2015, she became a Managing Partner of FESA Group.

Thayanie is graduated in Psychology from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English. Currently is a member of the Strategic Committee of Women of AMCHAM and in 2019, she was elected Global Board Member of IIC Partners - one of the largest retained executive search groups in the world, with more than 55 offices spread across 5 continents.
