"Virginia Ghisani is a Partner at Key2people, and is responsible for the Technology & Digital Practice. She also participates in the oversight and development of the Professional Services Practice. With more than 20 years of professional experience developed entirely in the Technology sector, she has been working in the Executive Search sector since 2006, following her passion, which is technology and innovation in all their aspects. She started her career in the Consulting Division of Etnoteam (now NTT Data Italia) dealing with business process reengineering, software development and testing. She then supported the General Management in the important process of change management that led the company to become in those years an undisputed reference point in the national panorama of system integrators. Between 1999 and 2001, she participated in the NewEconomy moment, coordinating the creation of financial channels for the main national and international portals. She then became Director of Human Resources and Organisation at Infogroup (now Engineering Group) where she oversaw the evolution of the company's organisation and governance models. She is a member of the Diversity&Inclusion Committee of ValoreD, the first association of companies that promotes diversity, talent and female leadership. She is Vice President of the P&R Foundation, a non-profit organisation, which aims to stimulate and support policy-making processes in the area of digital and innovation in our country.
