Drayton Glendower is a boutique leadership advisory and executive search firm with a presence in South Africa and Ghana. We are a level 1 B-BBEE female-led and owned company with extensive sub-Saharan African experience. We have partnered with local, regional and multinational clients at Board and C-Suite level across multiple sectors.
