Jill is a principal of Pearson Partners, splitting her time between our Fort Lauderdale/Miami and Dallas offices. She runs the firm's IT, marketing, PR and web development functions.
She has specialized in recruiting executives and board members for corporate and not-for-profit organizations in the technology, hospitality, real estate development, construction, sales and marketing industries, with emphasis on multinational organizations with Latin America operations and global companies with U.S. offices in South Florida.
Jill has over 18 years of experience in recruiting, human resources and marketing strategy. Prior to joining Pearson Partners in 2002, Jill was vice president of global sales development at Monster Worldwide, responsible for recruiting relationships with global Fortune 500 companies in 14 countries. Previously, she ran Monster's field sales for the Midwest, Central and Southwestern United States.
Prior to Monster, Jill managed development and partner relationships for the online career portal of Interim Services (now Spherion.) Previously, she was the founder and president of InterMark Interactive, an Internet marketing and strategy firm, and was manager of Web presence and channel sales strategy at The Panda Project, manufacturer of Smithsonian-award-winning ArchiStrat computers. Earlier in her career, Jill was the director of real estate and construction for Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation, where she managed new store installations in the southeast United States from the phase of construction to opening.
Jill serves on the board of advisors of Shadowmatch USA, a behavioral benchmarking system. She also serves on the board of directors of Pinion, benefiting Special Olympics, and has been involved with a number of charitable and civic organizations in South Florida including Riverwalk Trust, Kids in Distress, the Museum of Discovery and Science, Glam-a-Thon (fighting breast cancer), and the American Lung Association. Jill was named an Outstanding Woman in Broward County in 2011. She served on the board of trustees of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and is a past member of The Tower Club membership committee. Jill earned a bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in finance from the University of Texas, and is a member of Mensa.
