Who We Are

Based in Athens, Greece Searchlight Partners works with leading local and global organisations, to help them build best-in-class leadership capabilities.  Only 5 years old, our consultants, have each in excess of 25 years of experience in Executive Search and Leadership consulting.  Our core markets are Technology, Professional Services, and Lifesciences, and are working with Owners, Boards, PE firms and Partners.

We conduct searches for CxOs, and C -1 roles.

How We Work

We utilise a classic AESC approach, with Executive search constituting the foundation of our business. We help clients identify, attract and retain leaders, while operating with a strict ethical framework.  We are Partner led and managed, and our independence allows us to work with a select group of clients, whom we deem attractive.  Our size, affords us limited hands-off agreements, which we respect religiously.
