Founded by five original partners in 2001, we have grown rapidly to become one of the top three companies in the Executive Search and HR Advisory sectors in Italy.

We offer consulting services to companies with a range of complexities in terms of organization, from medium-sized enterprises to large multinationals, tailoring approaches and solutions according to context and challenges.

With more than 80 professionals in three offices—Milan, Rome, and Dubai—we have been working for years to drive change everywhere and have partnered with major multinationals and medium-sized companies, successfully offering our consulting services to public institutions as well.
